12-Inch Fixed-Mount Rugged Computer for Public Safety

The Duros® 1205-PS vehicle-mounted computer was specifically designed to meet the needs of police, security, EMS and fire applications. Its ultra thin, precision-milled aluminum housing features all-in-one construction, and is sealed to IP65 for water and dust.

The compact design limits intrusion into valuable cabin space, and the CPU, display, power supply and connection ports are all integrated into the single unit, so multiple components and cables are not required. The SVGA display features a wide, 120° horizontal viewing angle, allowing for flush dashboard mounting that is clear of airbag zones. The 1205-PS features a sunlight-viewable display at 1000 nit, and has 100% display dimming and instant screen blanking, for times when displayed information is proprietary. The resistive touchscreen interface can be operated by most pointing devices, including gloved or bare fingers.
